Please read these terms carefully before using our services

R&R Courier and Logistics Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by R&R Courier and Logistics Services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

R&R Courier and Logistics Services provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from USA to Jamaica only

  • Air freight shipping services

  • Sea freight shipping services (availability subject to change)

  • Warehousing and package handling

  • Package tracking services

  • Pickup at designated locations

  • Home delivery services (conditions apply)

  • Delivery via Knutsford Express for customers outside our primary service areas

  • Online shopping assistance services

  • Access to a tax-exempt U.S. shipping address (eligibility varies)

R&R Courier and Logistics Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

R&R Courier and Logistics Services ships three (3) times weekly from the USA to Jamaica. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, airline or shipping line schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas & Delivery Options

R&R Courier and Logistics Services provides pickup services in the following areas:

  • May Pen

  • Hayes

  • Lionel Town

  • Rocky Point

Customers outside these areas may receive their packages via Knutsford Express at the customer’s expense.

Home delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery availability, pricing, and conditions vary based on location, package size, and accessibility.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported strictly at the customer’s own risk.

R&R Courier and Logistics Services assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delay, theft, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package is received into our possession and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, airlines, shipping lines, Knutsford Express, or other third-party delivery partners.

R&R Courier and Logistics Services is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or retailer errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers

  • Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities or third parties

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

R&R Courier and Logistics Services is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including but not limited to electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. R&R Courier and Logistics Services assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government-related fees.

R&R Courier and Logistics Services assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, seizures, penalties, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

9. Online Shopping Assistance

R&R Courier and Logistics Services offers online shopping assistance for customers who do not have a credit card.

  • Full payment is required upfront before any purchase is made

  • Customers must confirm item details prior to purchase

  • Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

R&R Courier and Logistics Services is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues. All refund or exchange matters remain between the customer and the vendor.

10. Tax-Exempt U.S. Shipping Address

R&R Courier and Logistics Services provides access to a U.S. warehouse address that may qualify for tax-exempt purchases when shopping online.

Tax exemption eligibility depends on the seller, item type, and applicable U.S. tax regulations. R&R Courier and Logistics Services does not guarantee tax exemption on all purchases.

11. Referral Rewards Program

Customers may participate in the Referral Rewards Program under the following conditions:

  • The referring customer receives $50

  • The referred customer receives $50

  • The referred customer must complete a minimum spend of $3,000 before rewards are applied

Referral rewards are non-transferable and subject to verification. R&R Courier and Logistics Services reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time.

12. Shopping Points Program

Customers earn shopping points for eligible transactions made with R&R Courier and Logistics Services.

Points accumulate over time and may be redeemed toward future services or rewards, subject to program rules. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

13. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be settled in full before shipment processing begins.

All payments are non-refundable once processing has started.

R&R Courier and Logistics Services reserves the right to change prices, rates, and fees at any time without prior notice.

14. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 72 hours of notification or receipt.

Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

15. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may attract additional charges.

Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

16. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service where applicable. Cancellation fees may apply. R&R Courier and Logistics Services reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

17. Amendments

R&R Courier and Logistics Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website or customer platform.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between R&R Courier and Logistics Services and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
